Restorations (UK) have researched in to the drying of structures with the minimum disruption and now use the latest technology to dry problem areas such as insulation in cavity walls and floating floors.

Before these systems were available walls and flooring had to be removed to enable someone to remove the wet insulation. Or the insulation was left damp in these cavity’s which caused the damp from the insulation to migrate back into the structure causing further damage and this was also a health risk as in most situations there was mould growth.

The systems we use injects very dry air into the insulation and extracts the moisture at the same time by using several small holes drilled into the cavity.

The beauty of this system is disruption is kept to the minimum and there is no need to remove kitchens and bathrooms to enable someone to remove the flooring and insulation which in turn saves you lost of money and disruption.
